Join our Risk Management Group as our lead compliance officer in Malaysia, where you will lead Country Compliance oversight for Macquarie Group's business activities. As a member of the regional Compliance leadership team, you will manage regulatory engagement and compliance risks.

What role will you play?
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Risk Asia, you will work closely with Compliance officers across Asia, assisting with the delivery of the global and regional Compliance framework requirements, local regulator expectations and requirements including reporting, policies and procedures and compliance monitoring plans. You will be responsible for regulator engagement in Malaysia and the direct management of regulatory and compliance risks in-country. You will be part of a multi-jurisdictional team across a range of financial services, including corporate finance, securities and equity research.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
