As a

Training Business Support

at

Cambridge Training Sdn Bhd

, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs from start to finish. You'll handle everything from logistics and documentation to creative design, helping us deliver exceptional training experiences to our clients and participants.

What You'll Be Doing :

Designing Engaging Marketing Collaterals

  • Craft and update training brochures using Canvas (or similar tools) to captivate and inform.

Streamlining Administrative Processes

  • Automate documentation workflows to save time and enhance accuracy across training processes.

    • E-Certificate Generation

  • Create and distribute digital certificates for participants—timely, accurate, and error-free

    • Managing Training Schedules

  • Keep the training calendar up to date and aligned with departmental goals.

    • Form & Record Management

  • Maintain and update training registration forms and training documentation (both physical and digital).

    • Coordinating Training Logistics

  • Liaise with venues and hotels to ensure seamless training arrangements while optimizing costs.

    • What We're Looking For :

    Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

    • Business Administration

    Human Resources

    , or a related field.

    Experience

  • 1–2 years in administrative or training coordination roles is a bonus, but

    • fresh graduates

    with a passion for learning and growth are encouraged to apply

  • Proficiency in

    • Google Forms
