Overview
The Global Content and Engagement Marketer will lead content development and management, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple markets. Balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, this role shapes our global brand voice, creates compelling content that is consistent globally and resonant locally, and supports market teams in driving awareness, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Content Development and Marketing
Develop and execute content strategy, calendar, and amplification plans for brand and product, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
Apply the brand message house and annual narratives to create and manage high-quality content including articles / blog posts, guides, social media posts, advertorials / paid content narratives, and strategic communications such as whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, event talking points, award submissions, and PR liaison.Partner with local market teams and / or agencies to adapt and localise content for relevance, and distribute / amplify.Collaborate with internal teams to gather and implement content requirements, creating and managing owned-channel content updates (website, social media channels).Monitor macro and market developments to create contextually relevant content and initiate A / B testing to build a repository of customer insights and content best practices across markets.Provide insights and develop reports on content marketing performance.Content, Campaign and Community ManagementWork with brand to deliver a cohesive and consistent brand voice across campaigns and touchpoints in all markets.
Support localisation of campaigns for market-specific relevance.Build and grow social community engagement across platforms (online and offline), developing processes and playbooks to increase engagement and advocacy.Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Develop and maintain GTM toolkits including pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral.Create and maintain a centralised repository of GTM resources including market research, customer insights, campaign templates, and content pieces for business use.Facilitate knowledge sharing across business units and marketing teams to enable collaboration and cohesive execution.Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in content marketing, brand campaigns, and community management, ideally in a regional or global capacity.Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns and working with local agencies.Passionate about brand and using content to deliver brand awareness and experience.Familiarity with digital channels (LinkedIn, SEO, CMS, CRM, social platforms) and marketing tools.Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence across diverse teams and markets.Seniority level
