Is willing to be based in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.
About the role
We are a leading property development company, seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Executive to join our Project Management team in our latest project in Salak Tinggi, Selangor. This is a contract role that will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of the company's property development project.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, Manage and Hold the IOWs and Site Supervisor Team Members Accountable;
- Manages and coordinate construction activities and deadlines;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and propose solutions to address any challenges that arise
- Ensures the project achieves a QLASSIC score of 75% and above;
- Ensures health and safety compliance at site;
- Reports of construction progress to authorities and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance;
- Manages vacant possession and defects liability period;
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their project management skills.
