Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage performance management, employee development, and engagement programs.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure up-to-date compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and enforce the employee handbook and HR policy framework.

Claims Processing & Payroll :

  • Process the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Process employee reimbursements, health insurance, and statutory claims.
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, tax filings, and statutory deductions.
  • Generate and validate payroll reports using SQL.
  • Maintain accurate records in payroll databases and support compliance audits.
  • IT Management :

  • Ensure employee onboarding / offboarding includes proper IT access and asset provisioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships for software licensing, cybersecurity tools, and service agreements.
  • Implement and enforce data protection policies aligned with local compliance standards.
  • Oversee resolution of hardware, software, and network issues with internal / external IT support.
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a dual or managerial role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Experience in managing or administering SQL-based payroll systems.
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory filings, and claims processes.
  • Intermediate to high SQL knowledge to extract and validate data from HR / payroll systems.
  • HR certification is a plus.
