Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage performance management, employee development, and engagement programs.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure up-to-date compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and enforce the employee handbook and HR policy framework.
Claims Processing & Payroll :
Process the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Process employee reimbursements, health insurance, and statutory claims.Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, tax filings, and statutory deductions.Generate and validate payroll reports using SQL.Maintain accurate records in payroll databases and support compliance audits.IT Management :
Ensure employee onboarding / offboarding includes proper IT access and asset provisioning.Manage vendor relationships for software licensing, cybersecurity tools, and service agreements.Implement and enforce data protection policies aligned with local compliance standards.Oversee resolution of hardware, software, and network issues with internal / external IT support.Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a dual or managerial role.Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).Experience in managing or administering SQL-based payroll systems.Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory filings, and claims processes.Intermediate to high SQL knowledge to extract and validate data from HR / payroll systems.HR certification is a plus.Benefit :
