Content Moderator - Listing & Content, MY Marketplace

Job Description

  • Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality check on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings
  • Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories
  • Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is align with the policies and guidelines
  • Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it
  • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solution
  • Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants in Content Moderation are welcomed to apply
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required
  • Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written forms (Mandarin language is a preferred)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
