Lower and Middle Secondary Teacher (ICT)
We are looking for a Lower and Middle Secondary Teacher who has the heart and motivation to serve the underprivileged community through the work at Dignity for Children Foundation. You will be teaching in a non‑profit school environment and working closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a holistic and nurturing learning experience.
The teacher is expected to be a positive mentor to youth and responsible for delivering holistic lessons that support both academic and personal development. The role involves communicating with parents about education and welfare matters, while creating and maintaining a safe learning space for their class.

Key Responsibilities
Mentor youth and serve as a positive role model, building character in underprivileged studentsBe well versed with the IGCSE ICT education syllabusPerform pastoral duties, including student support and counselling for academic developmentParticipate in education camps and workshops that build characterManage students’ behavior and apply appropriate, effective behavior measuresPlan, prepare, and deliver interactive lesson plans, including online classes when neededDevelop, administer, and mark exam papers and other assessmentsMonitor, evaluate, record, and report on students’ academic progress, development, and behavior, creating reports for parentsParticipate actively in school activities and programs, including Dignity eventsAttend professional development courses and workshops organized by DignityPerform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administratorEducation / Skills Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related fieldTeaching certifications and experience in teaching or leadership (advantageous)Experience in program development, curriculum writing, and researchStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationshipsCollaboration and teamwork skillsAbility to work independentlyTechnical Competency Requirements
Proficiency in Google ClassroomComputer competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPhysical Requirements / Work Environment
