Penerangan pekerjaanMentor youth and serve as a positive role model, building character in underprivileged students Be well versed with the IGCSE ICT education syllabus Perform pastoral duties, including student support and counselling for academic development Participate in education camps and workshops that build character Manage students’ behavior and apply appropriate, effective behavior measures Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive lesson plans, including online classes when needed Develop, administer, and mark exam papers and other assessments Monitor, evaluate, record, and report on students’ academic progress, development, and behavior, creating reports for parents Participate actively in school activities and programs, including Dignity events Attend professional development courses and workshops organized by Dignity Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field Teaching certifications and experience in teaching or leadership (advantageous) Experience in program development, curriculum writing, and research Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships Collaboration and teamwork skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in Google Classroom Computer competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Typical school / office environment Travel required for youth workshops or camps outstation Comfortable participating in outdoor educational activities Commitment to direct, on‑ground impact Welcoming and warm working community EPF, SOCSO & EIS benefits, group insurance, annual leave and sick leave Staff on‑the‑job training and team discounts at Transformational Enterprises Annual staff retreat and additional support benefits
Lower and Middle Secondary Teacher (ICT)
We are looking for a Lower and Middle Secondary Teacher who has the heart and motivation to serve the underprivileged community through the work at Dignity for Children Foundation. You will be teaching in a non‑profit school environment and working closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a holistic and nurturing learning experience.
The teacher is expected to be a positive mentor to youth and responsible for delivering holistic lessons that support both academic and personal development. The role involves communicating with parents about education and welfare matters, while creating and maintaining a safe learning space for their class.
