Overview

Teacher’s primary responsibility is to facilitate learning by designing and delivering engaging lessons, imparting knowledge, and nurturing students' growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple subjects across primary and secondary levels, fostering academic growth and subject mastery.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and facilitate academic progress.
• Provide individualized assistance to students, guiding their academic progress and addressing learning challenges.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address learning challenges.
• Regularly communicate with parents to discuss student progress and create a collaborative approach to support learning.
• Maintain an organized and resourceful classroom environment.
