About the role

Asiatic Thai Sdn Bhd, a leading spa and massage company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Kepong. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to support the overall success of our spa operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handling guest appointments procedures efficiently and accurately.
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues and complains in a timely and effective manner.
Upselling our spa services and treatment to enhance the guest experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge about our facilities, services, and provide the suitable treatment recommendations to guests.
Accurately processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions.
Providing administrative support, such as managing therapist availability, making reservations, and maintaining guest records.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role in this industry. Fresh graduates without prior experience are encouraged to apply too.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively

Proficiency in using spa management software and computer systems

Fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to converse in other languages an advantage

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
