Senior Consultant - TCMG at HTC Global Services

System Analyst – Application Services (OpenText Content Server Focus)

Primary Purpose

Provide expert support and continuous improvement for OpenText Content Server, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and integration within the enterprise ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Application Support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in OpenText Content Server.
Manage and fulfill service requests.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance.
Integration & Process Improvements
Work with business users to enhance workflows and improve data integrity.
Optimize Content Server configurations.
Agile & DevOps
Participate in sprints.
Implement monitoring and alerting for Content Server.
Change Management
Plan and execute changes to Content Server in line with ITIL standards.
Conduct testing and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge Sharing
Develop and share expertise on OpenText Content Server and related business processes.

Key Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years in application support, with hands‑on experience in OpenText Content Server or similar ECM systems.

Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and integration skills for OpenText platforms.

Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices .

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in IT or related field.

5 years’ experience in supporting / implementing OpenText solutions.

Experience in a global, regulated environment is an advantage.

Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
