Customer Service Specialist Proficient in Mandarin

Requirements
- Excellent Mandarin communication skills, basic English communication skills
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in promoter roles, sales, customer service, or tele-sales is an advantage
- Enjoys interacting with people, good at chatting, and has a sales mindset
- Detail-oriented, patient, good listener, able to understand customer needs
- Positive, proactive, able to handle pressure, and motivated by high income
- Responsible, reliable, with strong execution skills
- Familiar with basic mobile phone operations, skilled in using WhatsApp for both text and voice communication
- Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (RED)
