Strong knowledge of finance and accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) is mandatory. Ability to utilize ERP knowledge to manage and analyze financial data effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Exposure to real-world financial operations in ERP-driven environments. Mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform finance and accounting tasks within ERP systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through ERP reporting and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts using ERP tools.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow into ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities to optimize ERP workflows and improve process efficiency.
