Conduct due diligence, advises companies on legal compliance and transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating deals, and managing potential legal risks. Key Responsibilities :

• Due Diligence : Draft reports, review, and conduct due diligence on companies.
• Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and employment contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, guiding management on compliance issues to avoid potential legal problems.
• M&A Transactions : Provide legal counsel and manage the documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify and address potential legal risks and violations, protecting the company's interests.
• Corporate Finance : Advise on legal aspects of capital markets, banking, and financing transactions.
