Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team in Penang, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
• Lead the management of Coherent's global social media channels, developing strategies to increase engagement and grow audience reach.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, white papers, and case studies.
• Collaborate with branding teams to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all channels.
