Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager - Bukit Minyak
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) Senior Manager located in Bukit Minyak, Penang .
What you’ll do
- Develop, improve, and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with business strategies and ensure the total rewards programs can attract and retain the required talents in the market at all levels. Investigate total rewards related issues and propose solutions in a proactive and creative approach.
- Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards (TR) communication strategy that will enable effective application of existing TR tools and processes across the organization.
- Design initiatives that will strengthen the effectiveness of total rewards programs in driving performance, attraction, engagement, and retention of the workforce.
- Provide functional leadership in Total Rewards to a composite team working to deliver HR strategy and support business success.
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen and competency in business partnership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Apply strong project management, process management, analytical, and consulting skills; exercise judgment, initiative, and tenacity in an environment of rapid change.
- Communicate effectively, with cultural sensitivity; plan, coordinate, and organize effectively.
- Demonstrate mastery of functional knowledge related to Total Rewards and related business functions; use market data resources and networks (e.g., Mercer, Hewitt, WTW, or local market data suppliers) to support TR projects and proposals.
- Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and protect and maintain data privacy.
- Make Total Rewards decisions for the functions and business segment in scope; understand decisions may affect multiple sites / segments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.Typically 12+ years of professional management / direction experience, specializing in compensation and benefits, Total Rewards in MNCs.What you’ll receive
