Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing clients, preparing quotations, and following up on business opportunities.
- Draft commercial proposals and liaise with global agents and clients.
- Coordinate with Pricing and Procurement teams to offer competitive, tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases, rate sheets, and agreements.
- Follow up on leads and help convert them into sales.
- Analyze market trends and generate strategic insights.
- Assist with document handling and performance reporting.
Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service in freight forwarding / logistics.Familiar with ocean, air, and land freight pricing.Strong communication and customer service skills.High attention to detail and analytical mindset.Proficient in CRM tools and advanced Excel.High proficiency in English.
