Position : Account Manager, Web3, Global Basis Business
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage global accounts, support sales operations, and ensure smooth project execution while acting as a bridge between our clients, partners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day global client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support sales operations, including pipeline tracking, finance checks, and account reporting.
- Maintain and expand strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support client projects and internal decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, reports, and tailored client solutions.
- Assist in coordinating with partners and vendors to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives.
- Take ownership of follow-up tasks and ensure accurate documentation of account activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of account management, sales support, or related experience in the technology or SaaS industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Comfortable with global client communications and able to maintain positive long-term relationships.Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined, with a strong sense of ownership.Passion for Web3, cloud, or emerging technologies is highly preferred.Benefits & Opportunities
