  • Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting reliable vendors and suppliers to meet organizational requirements.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, prices, and other agreements with suppliers to secure the best value and favorable terms.
  • Creating purchase orders and overseeing the entire purchasing process to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards and company specifications.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to find cost-effective procurement solutions and control expenses.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and forecast demand.
  • Managing procurement documentation, maintaining accurate records of purchases, and tracking inventory levels.
  • Ensuring that all procurement activities align with company policies, government standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Job Requirement :
  • Possess Degree in any related field
