Senior Architect

This role needs to be filled by an experienced architectural designer and deliverer – who has a clear understanding of the design process, is engaged with technical authorities and stakeholders, has completed buildings and infrastructure projects, and works within multi-disciplinary teams with successful delivery to clients – developers and contractors.

The Opportunity

• Lead and supervise architectural design and project delivery, ensuring excellence and integration of sustainable design principles.
• Collaborate on large multi-disciplinary projects, maintaining compliance with regulations and ensuring design intent is reflected in technical documentation.
• Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff, supporting their development and contributing to team growth.
• Work with leaders to set design direction, manage commercial outcomes, and uphold rigorous quality reviews.
• Build strong relationships across Arup’s infrastructure, buildings, and consulting teams to pursue new opportunities.
