Overview
The Order-to-Cash (OTC) function is responsible for managing daily transactional operations, with a primary focus on sales reconciliation across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and O2O (online-to-offline) channels. This position requires the individual to work closely with stakeholders including store operations, payment management vendors and other related parties to ensure timely and accurate daily reconciliation.

Responsibilities
- Engage with the business and stakeholders on regular end-to-end process reviews to identify changes and improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Report to and collaborate with the Team Lead as well as internal stakeholders such as Global Headquarter, Local Management and Lines of Business.
- Ensure sales receivables are reconciled and settled timely; investigate discrepancies and work with stakeholders to implement business solutions that prevent financial risks.
- Analyze aged and outstanding items, follow up to ensure timely clearance, and monitor movements to keep accounts clean and up-to-date; discuss findings with stakeholders for process improvement and preventive control.
- Maintain Master Data; prepare Journals, Reconciliation Reports, and Accounting Analysis reports to ensure transaction completeness and accuracy in line with process handbooks and closing cockpit requirements (timelines and quality checklist).
- Ensure closing activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with the closing schedule; document and obtain agreement for any deviations due to business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and company procedures to maintain integrity of financial information.
- Act as main point of contact within the team for SAP technical and business processes within the OTC regime.
- Engage in issue management (within process and cross-process) and perform root cause analysis; drive discussions with stakeholders on findings and actions for improvement.
- Develop and review work procedures and document flows to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the OTC regime to drive productivity and strengthen control while supporting standardization.
- Manage OTC performance and efficiency through regular KPI reviews and drive actions to improve operational performance.
- Understand systems and tools to achieve business results; work with IT / SAP / other functions to drive process automation.
- Participate in multiple projects and finance initiatives, contributing to successful implementation within set timeframes and budget.

Minimum qualifications : Advance Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or CPA / MIA equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting / Finance or SSC with proven OTC experience.Proficiency in financial / accounting tools (SAP HANA / FIORI / BI SAP Analytics / Cadency / Blackline / LINKKI / POS / TEAMWORK) and other operation systems (MS / Google Office, SNOW, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Google Looker, Concur, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate observations effectively, high attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.Able to work professionally and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external).Ability to interpret and apply professional accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret accounting analysis or investigations to support business decisions.Experience with migration and improvement projects (local and global).Experience in process modelling / documentation.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset to enhance and improve processes.Job Offer
