Job Description

  • Play a key role in executing partnerships, external events, and internal marketing campaigns that elevate the mall’s brand presence and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing channels to ensure maximum impact.
  • Provide consultancy and support to tenants to enhance their marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that contribute to both tenant success and overall mall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in retail, shopping mall, FMCG, creative agency industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify business opportunities, new markets, and innovative campaign ideas
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative, resourceful, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
