Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Information Architect to join our digital strategy and design team. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, organizing, and optimizing digital content and navigation systems to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, content strategists, and marketing teams to translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered information frameworks. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with a deep understanding of user behavior, content strategy, and UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop information architecture frameworks, site maps, and navigation systems for websites and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define content hierarchies, labeling systems, and taxonomy structures
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform IA decisions and optimize content organization
• Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and user journey maps to visualize information flow and navigation
• Partner with designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of IA and UX specifications
• Audit and analyze existing websites to identify pain points, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across digital platforms
• Maintain documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability of the information architecture
• Stay current with trends in user experience design, content strategy, and information science
