About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Batu Kawan, Penang as a Senior Executive, Customer Care. In this role, you will managing the Vacant Possession (VP) process from planning to key handover. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate defect rectifications, and ensure customer needs are met to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and successful handover process, meeting customer expectations and fulfilling contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate the resolution of defect rectification work, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs for both residential and commercial units.
  • Execute all aspects of property management for the building, ensuring its maintenance, functionality, and overall condition consistently meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate ongoing maintenance activities for both high-rise and landed properties, ensuring timely execution of repairs and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering a positive post-sale experience to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Report any issues requiring Head of Department (HOD) or management's consideration and approval, ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
  • Prepare and generate periodic reports regarding customer feedback, defect resolution progress, and property maintenance.
  • Attend meetings as and when required to discuss ongoing issues or project updates.
  • Maintain an organized filing and documentation system, ensuring that all customer records, reports, and service history are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Construction Management / Business Administration / Property Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Candidates with experience in handling post-handover issues (defects, maintenance, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local languages.
  • Good knowledge of property handover procedures, Defect Liability Period (DLP), maintenance coordination, and management of both high-rise and landed strata properties.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites required.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
