Job description
- Monitor the tender submission timeline, ensuring all submissions are completed and dispatched before the due date.
- Maintaining the full privacy of the tender pricing, must not reveal to third party.
- Monitoring and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Maintaining accurate office inventory records and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and priorities
- Preparing tender reports and analyzing data of pricing item
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Experience in managing the complete tender life cycle, from initiation to submission.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of submissions
