About the role

As a Sales Coordinator at XIN TONG LIAN PACKING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's sales activities. This is a full-time position based in Melaka.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the sales team in processing customer orders, inquiries and complaints
Liaising with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and customer information
Identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise in the sales process

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using sales-related software and data management tools

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and reliable data

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role within the manufacturing industry
