Sales & Marketing Director (Property Developer)
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the company’s sales and marketing activities
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Direction : Develop and implement high-impact sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Define business objectives, pricing structures, and sales targets for each project
- Lead annual planning for marketing budgets, project positioning, and revenue forecasting
- Advise top management on market opportunities, brand development, and business partnerships
- Oversee all project sales activities to achieve take-up rate, pricing, and revenue objectives
- Lead and mentor Sales Managers to ensure team performance meets KPIs
- Review sales pipelines, conversion rates, and buyer engagement reports for continuous improvement
- Develop and oversee strategic partnerships with key real estate agencies, corporate clients, and bulk purchasers to expand market reach
- Marketing, Branding & Corporate Image : Direct the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, media, and events
- Ensure cohesive brand identity across all communication and marketing materials
- Conduct periodic market studies to assess customer preferences, pricing trends, and competitor activity
- Provide insights to management for new product design, project concept, and pricing adjustments
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales and Marketing team
- Set clear departmental goals and performance expectations
- Encourage innovation, collaboration, and accountability across the division
- Reporting & Compliance : Present strategic reports, sales analyses, and campaign outcomes to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, HDA marketing guidelines, and Bank Negara regulations
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Property DevelopmentMinimum 10 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership roleProven record in strategic planning, brand building, and large-scale sales managementStrong business acumen, leadership, and analytical capabilitiesExcellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
