Overview
We are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will participate in the design and ensure implementation of Resourcing strategy to design, deliver and manage Recruitment processes to attract, select, integrate, engage and retain people within the organization with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, HR strategy, industry best practices and current legislation.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment
- Develop and ensure consistent implementation of Resourcing initiatives, programs and tools including elements such as assessment and selection frameworks, integration with other processes and budgets.
- Ensure maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems.
- Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Agencies, Universities) and selection tools.
- Define recruitment needs, role requirements and sourcing plan with Business Managers and oversee execution of the same.
- Ensure processes, policies and approaches are regularly refreshed to remove bias and prevent discrimination.
- Oversee effective workforce planning identifying and developing pipeline to meet current and future resourcing and business needs.
- Prepare plans and oversee execution of achievement of desired Employer Branding and promote DHL brand.
- Lay down guidelines and oversee implementation of Graduate / College Recruitment and Internship programs.
- Design frameworks and lead implementation of On-boarding processes and Induction programs.
- Resolve issues related to Resourcing, integration of key processes and data analytics.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices.
- Responsible for recruitment of Management level.
- Responsible for the achievement of recruitment KPIs.
- Project Management
- To support on HR budgeting and reporting exercise on recruitment related.
- Stakeholder Management
- Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with Management team.
- Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers.
- Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools.
- People Management
- Lead the talent acquisition team to drive end to end recruitment activities.
- Develop IKOs / KPIs and monitor individual performance, provide regular feedback via coaching / mentoring.
- Identify training and development needs for subordinates and self.
Desired Skills / Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment tools.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa.Customer oriented mind-set, positive attitude.Energetic and enjoy dealing with people.High degree of independence.Ability to multi-task oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
