Job Description & Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior recruiters to execute recruitment plans effectively, ensuring adherence to quality and DEI guidelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to develop talent strategies, stay informed on market trends, and maintain communication on requisition statuses.
• Manage sourcing activities including job spec creation, referrals, social networking, and job postings.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline, ensure data integrity, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Utilize data to identify optimal sourcing channels and improve recruitment strategies.
