credit assessment executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.0 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Verify, evaluate, analyze, and recommend loans for approval within established lending limits.

b) Ensure each credit analysis is complete and complies with the company's credit policies and procedures.

c) Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets.

d) Manage and resolve disagreements on credit decisions with sales personnel.

e) Assist the Team Leader in maintaining approval turnaround time.

2.0 ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

a) Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

b) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3.0 EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

a) Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

b) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

c) Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.

d) Experience in credit evaluation of consumer loans, particularly in Hire Purchase, is preferred.

e) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Mandarin and local Chinese dialects are an added advantage.

f) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

4.0 KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

a) Achieve performance targets set by Management.

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
