Data Analyst

Job Title : Operations Executive (Analyst role)

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven Operations Executive to support and improve business processes across teams. This is not an easy job. You'll need grit, discipline, and initiative to juggle urgent tasks, analyze problems, and keep things moving without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Daily statistical analysis and reporting of findings

Weekly improvement plans

Weekly report on past week's improvement implementations

Own and execute daily operational tasks across functions

Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and report actionable insights to management.

Assist in workflow improvements through research, documentation, and coordination across teams.

Create clear, concise internal communications and SOPs.

Take initiative in handling urgent or high-volume tasks without losing focus or quality.

Stay proactive and responsive despite working remotely, manage time effectively and follow through.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Minimum 3 years of experience in the tech or finance industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Strong math and logic skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.

Excellent written and spoken English for reporting and cross-team communication.

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and quick to learn new tools.

Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure.

Strong work ethic and a "get it done" attitude, even when juggling multiple tasks remotely.

Open to feedback, eager to improve, and thrives in fast-changing environments.

Willing to go the extra mile and take full ownership of outcomes.

Self-motivated with strong time management and personal discipline.

Able to stay connected via online tools and respond in a timely manner during working hours.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, but willing to check in and collaborate regularly.
