  • Expected salary : RM9,000 - RM12,000 per month

Job Descriptions :

Production & Operations :

  • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure that products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, finishing, and
  • assembly of sheet metal parts.
  • Quality & Compliance :
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to minimize defects.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards or other relevant certifications.
  • Liaise with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
  • Team Management :
  • Lead, motivate, and manage factory staff including supervisors, operators, and
  • support teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintenance & Safety :
  • Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational
  • safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Inventory & Cost Control :
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Work with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Reporting & Coordination :
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production output, downtime, efficiency,
  • and labor performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and HR.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
  • Manufacturing Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5
  • years in a managerial role within sheet metal fabrication.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting machines, bending, welding, and
  • finishing processes.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and MS Office.
