More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary : RM9,000 - RM12,000 per month

Job Descriptions :

Production & Operations :

Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Ensure that products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.

Oversee fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, finishing, and

assembly of sheet metal parts.

Quality & Compliance :

Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to minimize defects.

Ensure adherence to ISO standards or other relevant certifications.

Liaise with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues.

Team Management :

Lead, motivate, and manage factory staff including supervisors, operators, and

support teams.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and development programs.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Maintenance & Safety :

Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Enforce health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational

safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Inventory & Cost Control :

Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables.

Work with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.

Monitor and control operational costs, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

Reporting & Coordination :

Prepare and present regular reports on production output, downtime, efficiency,

and labor performance.

Coordinate with other departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and HR.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,

Manufacturing Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5

years in a managerial role within sheet metal fabrication.

Hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting machines, bending, welding, and

finishing processes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning software, and MS Office.
