Overview
Business Operations Specialist (1 Year Contract)
Responsibilities
Lead the team to optimize customer service processes, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while reducing costs.
Establish an effective training system / quality control system to improve the professional skills and service level of the customer service team.
Work closely with the team across business lines and regions to ensure call center activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Manage cross-cultural communication barriers and promote collaboration among international teams.
Regularly review and update call center policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment.
Understand and gain insight into the development trends of overseas markets, regulations, and financial technology players, establish an understanding of legal, privacy, compliance, and data security in target markets, and customize localized solutions and operational models.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
More than 2 years of relevant experience in corporate or retail lending business, familiar with lending products, risk management, payment, and financing-related methodologies; preferred experience in banking, corporate consulting, financing-related corporate finance, financial internet companies, etc.
Good business acumen, strong logical ability, and summarization skills, understanding the business principles and logic behind the appearance of things, monitoring delivery with data, and systematically organizing solutions and service SOPs.
Possess a good sense of service, able to identify existing problems in products, systems, and processes, and propose effective solutions.
Proactive, hands-on business execution and implementation ability, optimistic, solid and resilient, able to effectively integrate resources, quickly grasp key points, and efficiently complete the work assigned by the supervisor.
Continuous attention and understanding of policies, industry, and market in international financial technology.
