Senior Production Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanMin 3+ years of experience in a production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Min bachelor degree in any related manufacturing background. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing techniques (5S, Kaizen, VSM), SCADA and process control strategies. Strong command of technical English and ability to use office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance indicators and business challenges. Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating problem-solving initiatives. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization.
Overview
Lead the NR examination glove production process.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for improved production efficiency.
- Analyse Production and Quality KPI data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement process control strategies to maintain consistent product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of process enhancements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to reduce downtime and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other methodologies.
- Train and mentor production staff on process enhancements and best practices.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
