Job Responsibilities and Description

Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for the general contractor's civil engineering projects.
Assist the Construction Director in project production schedule control.
Responsible for coordinating human resources and materials within the project's construction area.
Supervise and inspect on-site work according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Assess the progress and contract performance of project subcontractors.
Assist the Business Management Department in managing project time claims.
Responsible for implementing quality and safety management within the construction area.
Attend weekly and coordination meetings.
Prepare documents and monthly reports for on-site work.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering, intelligent construction, engineering management, or other related fields;

1-2 years of on-site construction experience in a construction company;

Experience in on-site construction management for large and medium-sized projects;

Experience with Malaysian projects preferred; fluent English and Chinese preferred;

Experience working for a Chinese company preferred.
