Role Overview
Responsible for commercial oversight and contract management, this position ensures that project execution meets contractual, financial, and schedule requirements while maintaining compliance and alignment with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management activities and oversee all commercial interfaces.
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and technical standards.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with contractors and vendors.
- Monitor commercial performance, claims, and variations.
- Participate in project and coordination meetings.
- Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Drive process efficiency and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in commercial execution.
