We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership and Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Set clear objectives and performance goals for the sales team aligned with company objectives.
• Team Management : Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and competitive team environment.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Sales Operations : Monitor and manage sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate customer data.
• Reporting and Insights : Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve sales performance.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.30am to 1pm.
