What You’ll Do
Lead and drive end-to-end L&D, training, talent development. Oversee industrial relations or compensation & benefits (IR or C&B). Drive talent development agenda and succession planning initiatives, building a future-ready workforce. Partner with managers to assess skill gaps and develop talent pipelines. Design and implement training programs to build technical, managerial, and leadership skills at all levels. Collaborate across departments to embed learning into our organizational culture. Partner with stakeholders to align HR human capital strategies with organizational goals. What We’re Looking For
5-10 years of managerial experience in L&D, people, talent development, or succession planning. Forte in training, people development, change management, Industrial Relations or C&B. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels. Results-driven and strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Passionate about training, talent growth, and organizational growth. Open to candidates from industry, corporate, or education backgrounds who can shape a culture of continuous learning and help employees thrive.
