Position : Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for various hotel departments.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain updated manpower plans in coordination with department heads.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for staff queries and grievances.Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture.Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.Training & Development
Assist in planning and conducting orientation and training programs.Maintain training records and track employee development.Coordinate with HODs to identify skill gaps and training needs.HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll data).Support salary processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local labor regulations.Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal processes.Provide feedback support and documentation.Monitor probation and confirmation timelines.General Administration
Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS.Support in drafting policies and procedures.Coordinate with management on HR initiatives to improve staff satisfaction and retention.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
