Led 100+ member team delivering core banking systems, releases, and L3 support. Ensured compliance, drove vendor / stakeholder management, and built high-performance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT or related discipline (professional certifications an advantage).
- 9+ years’ experience in Banking / IT with strong Core Banking domain knowledge (applications, architecture, databases).
- Proven leadership in managing departments / functional units.
- Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Silverlake suite or AS400 (preferred).
- Skilled in planning, tracking, and supporting delivery teams.
- Able to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
- Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
