Overview
Ensure all platforms operate smoothly within the SLA and meet business needs. Resolve issues promptly based on severity and escalate complex problems to the development team for timely resolution. Periodically support system maintenance activities, including communication with business users, standby and smoke testing, and providing MVT for each new software release. Assess business enhancements request, test, and roll out system enhancements to the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Support marketing promotion initiatives by configuring promotions and proposing solutions for marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with technology and solutions, providing recommendations that can be leveraged in the organization for overall end-user process simplification and system improvements. Possess recognized degree in computing related areas. Have 1-3 years related working experience in the Consumer Technology areas such as Mobile App Technology, eCommerce. Certified in ITIL or Project Management related areas will be added advantage. Strong interest & knowledge in the digital & online web / Mobile related technology, putting these technology into applications that can drive the business. Experience in System Development Life Cycle process and able to design and documentation. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Team player, result oriented and highly motivated to achieve goals.
