Program Manager (based in Penang)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build Planning & scheduling and commitment buy-in, process lead time improvement, and inventory management.
• Ensure consistent and controlled practices that are goal oriented, market aware, time efficient, cost effective, quality conscious and EHS compliant.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits, Manufacturing, Quality, IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
• Determine the scope of the Product Transfer by developing project schedule, milestones and status communication within the organization stakeholders.
• Serve as the focal point of contact between transfer sites (China / US) and internal project teams to ensure transfer goals in terms of yields, quality, cost, and timelines are achieved.
• Responsible for Site Readiness (4M : Man, Material, Machine, and Method).
• Work on the disposition of excess material in a timely manner after closure of Jobs.
• Practice Risk Based Thinking in planning and execution of tasks.
• Escalate high risk situations involving customer escalation or work safety and propose potential solutions aligned with the Program Manager / Stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
