Financial Management
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system.
- Maintain updated records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle general ledger entries, and perform month‑end and year‑end close processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain a full set of accounts; monitor reconciliation of receivables, payables and bank balances and ensure monthly closing by stipulated deadlines.

Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.Ensure timely and accurate settlement of payables and receivables.Maintain relationships with vendors and clients to manage payment terms and disputes.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Reconcile subsidiary accounts by verifying and allocating transactions.Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all accounts.Tax Compliance
Prepare and submit monthly or annual tax filings including corporate income tax (Form C, CP204, CP204A), service tax, e‑invoices.Review tax computation, deferred tax and tax provisions.Monitor and ensure compliance with Income Tax Act 1967 and other relevant tax regulations.Liaise with LHDN, external tax consultant and auditors.Assist with tax planning initiatives and support.Reporting
