Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients and introduce JN Design’s products / services.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
