QA Manager / Assistant Manager

Manage all internal and external quality issues to ensure Zero defects of in-plant fabricated injected components / sub / finished assemblies and all out-source components.

To review and implement quality improvement programs to ensure Zero defect mentality and to establish and maintain the company’s Quality Management System to ISO9001, ISO4001 and other GMP standards etc.

Provide Advance Quality Engineering support to project Teams for all new products in accordance to the companies NPI system.

The Quality Manager shall report directly to the Group QA Director on all related quality issues on a day-to-day basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Operation Head to ensure Quality is being maintained throughout. To ensure customer satisfaction on product quality.
• Participate and / or give full Quality support in New Product Introduction (NPI) program.
• Manage and supervise staff in the Quality activities of the organization.
• Manage and oversee the IQC / SQA system effectiveness for all incoming material and to reflect early potential mode of failure of components for corrective and preventive action follow up with Purchasing and the supplier
• Manage the injection moulding, SMT etc. The quality to establish Product Quality Plans / formula cards and control system, test plans to meet customer requirements.
• Establish and direct statistical control for critical processes to ensure product conformity where necessary
• To work closely with the PRODUCTION, PE, Engineering and Purchasing team to ensure zero defect.
• To lead problem solving teams for breakdown analysis and proposed CAPA
• Manage and lead customer complaint system until corrective and preventive actions has been completed.
• Establish, manage and mentor the company Quality Management System (QMS) in its establishment, implementation and maintenance.
• Act as the company’s DMR (Deputy Management Representative) and execute its responsibilities and authorities.
• Manage establish internal audits as “Audit Leader” and establish cross function teams with different departments.
• Provide training of Quality Manual, SOP to staffs and others.
