Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of current trends and advancements in ICT. Proficiency in implementing and managing IT systems and infrastructure. Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Responsibilities
- Oversee ICT operations and ensure seamless technology integration within the organization.
- Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the ICT team to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological needs.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance business processes.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in technology operations.
