Overview

Senior Accounts Payable Analyst (German Speaker) – join Danaher Life Sciences (Pall Corporation). This role supports daily accounts payable activities in accordance with SOPs, ensuring control and compliance. The position reports to the Team Manager and is part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including vendor master maintenance, invoice processing, payment runs, month-end tasks, GRIR, and other AP tasks
• Understand and apply accounts payable policies, procedures, and process flows
• Collaborate with the local finance team to drive process improvements and streamline AP workflows
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
