Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers through outreach and follow-ups to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue cross‑selling and upselling opportunities that add value to customers.
- Provide clear, consultative explanations of our platform and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Leverage CRM and AI tools to analyze customer data and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Stay current with product updates and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your expertise.
Requirements
1‑2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of managing customer accounts.Strong solution selling capabilities—you understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.Fluency in English and Mandarin for better communication with clients and internal teams.Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention.Proficiency with CRM systems and AI tools to work efficiently and stay organized.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RICEBOWL.MY by 2x
