Penerangan pekerjaanReconcile financial data between systems and partners to resolve discrepancies. Work closely with finance and partner teams to streamline billing processes. Ad-hoc Initiative Coordination : Assist in developing pitch decks or proposals for internal and external presentations. Manage timelines and communication to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in the related field. Proven work experience in data analysis or as a Project Manager. Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights. Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel. Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisation. Equip with people management skills is advantageous. Knowledge of logistics networks / retail networks is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Analyze data trends to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
- Partner Billing & Payout Oversight :
Manage partner billing and payout cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.
Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
